The area which can be evaluated when using beamforming is considerably larger than the image area of standard USB cameras.

That is why both the standard aerial and the laboratory aerial for the noise inspector are equipped with an industrial camera with high-quality wide angle viewing. The camera is integrated, thus always aligning the camera image and the acoustic analysis.
